Episode 15: David Bauer

David Bauer has been involved in every facet of the real estate industry for over 30 years. He is experienced in Residential Building & Appraisal, Land Acquisition and Development, and Property Management. David is the leader of the David Bauer Team, which has been in the top 1% in Sales in the Southern Indiana market for many years. He is the president of Discovery Builders and part owner of Schuler Bauer Real Estate Services, which is the number one real estate company in Southern Indiana. He has received numerous awards for his achievements and service to the industry and is not only a member of the Southern Indiana Realtor’s Association Hall of Fame, but was also recently nominated for realtor of the year in Indiana.

Glenn speaks with David about his family’s origin in the real estate business, today’s market, appraisals, new construction, solving the inventory shortage, meeting the needs of buyer’s and sellers and how to survive this rapidly changing industry.
